Applicant has the right to provide Olive Bark LLC with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is no more the 30 days old, as defined in §38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statues; and 2) if Applicant provides Olive Bark LLC with a PTSR, Olive Bark LLC is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; b) charging Applicant a fee for Olive Bark LLC to access or use the PTSR.
