We are a growing Property Management Company in Colorado, and we are searching for candidates with a great attitude and eagerness to grow their career in the Apartment Maintenance Technician trade to join our team. If you enjoy a challenge and a job well-done, we want to talk to you! All interviews are in person observing current restrictions.
You must have good physical condition and strength, including climbing stairs, standing, overhead work, kneeling and bending, ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally and 25 lbs. regularly.
Duties:
- Complete Make-Ready/Turns
- Light plumbing
-Light electrical
- Drywall repair and patch
- Painting
- Grounds keeping
- Take On-Call rotation to resolve emergency maintenance issues or escalate as appropriate
- Ability to solve problems
- A desire to learn and grow with us
Additional skills and experience that will set you apart:
- Experience with boilers, higher level electrical, higher-level plumbing including PEX
