Duties include:
- Complete Make-Ready/Turns
- Light plumbing
-Light electrical
- Drywall repair and patch
- Painting
- Grounds keeping
- Take On-Call rotation to resolve emergency maintenance issues or escalate as appropriate
- Ability to solve problems
- A desire to learn and grow with us
Additional skills and experience that will set you apart but are not required:
• Experience with boilers, higher level electrical, higher level plumbing including PEX
